Arthur Wohlford started Wohlford Contracting in 2004 after returning from active duty with the United States Marine Corps. What began as a one man show doing bathroom and kitchen remodels and has since grown to become a well-respected, full service residential and commercial contracting company in the Roanoke Valley.
We built our company on the promise to give our customers the type of service and quality that exceeds every expectation.

Arthur Wohlford – Owner
Arthur Wohlford is a Roanoke native and served our country honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He has extensive experience as a general contractor in both the residential and commercial industries. Arthur believes that a job done right is the product of proper planning, excellent communication, and quality work. Whether it’s large commercial jobs or small residential projects, he gives the same level of superior quality, professionalism, and service that has come to define the Wohlford Contracting experience. Arthur lives in Roanoke with his wife, 2 kids, his dog, and a cat named Ralph.
Brandon Woolf – Project Manager
Brandon Woolf is a Florida native who graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture. Go Gators! He is no stranger to hard work and sweat, spending five years working his way up in the granite countertop industry upon graduating. It’s safe to say that he knows his way around kitchens and bathrooms. Brandon is knowledgeable with CAD software and is our go-to guy for all of our technical drawings. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and getting outside as much as possible. He likes hiking up mountains, camping, and paddleboarding on the water. Brandon lives with his daughter and a spoiled pit bull named Layla.
